Walking Club: Every Friday, meet in Center Court at 9:30 AM to walk the corridors of the Mall. Regular walking reduces blood pressure,
increases the efficiency of the heart and lungs, leads to more restful sleep, decreases appetite and burns calories. One
complete circuit of the interior of the mall is ¼ mile. Watertown Mall is a safe, controlled climate in which to walk. Get fit
without braving the elements!

Blood Pressure Screenings:
Free blood pressure screenings are available from 10:00AM - 12:00PM on the first Friday of every month in front of
the Old Country Buffet. Screenings will be done by a representative from the Watertown Board of Health.

Join us in the Old Country Buffet for a FREE lecture on sun safety and skin care with Dr. Alan Rockoff from The Rockoff Center for Dermatology, Laser, and Plastic Surgery.
